Since the city provided review comments in February, the architect and project team have actively cooperated in modifying the design plan and supplementing required materials, while entering the design development phase, which will be completed soon. The project team has also conducted further discussions and revisions on restrooms, baptismal pool, and stage TV wall. After design development is completed, the building design will enter the final construction drawing phase, while the church prepares to clear the site for demolition of the current Bethel Hall location in early September. We expect to receive the critical Building Permit from the city in August and look forward to the official groundbreaking in September.
