In Christ, through faith, we have all become descendants of Abraham. Therefore, the promise and blessing God gave to Abraham, I will surely bless you (Gen. 22:17), also belong to us as his spiritual heirs. Abraham's calling was both receiving blessings and becoming blessings. That same calling, and those same promises, are ours as well.

Assessing and responding correctly to our situation is a challenge shared by people in this generation. Just as telescopes and microscopes help us see clearly, the same applies spiritually. On one hand, we must view our lives from God's eternal will and with an eternal perspective, understanding what truly matters to God and what He desires.

Glorious things of you are spoken, O city of God. (Psalm 87:3) What does this have to do with us? The Bible tells us that this glorious city represents the heavenly church. On the day we were born again and saved, we were already brought into the body of Christ.

This year, our theme is Let us rise and build together. It's not just about building Bethel hall, we must also realize that through this process God wants to build us, and make us into His dwelling place. Building requires materials, and these materials are you and me.

The building of Bethel Hall should be in one accord and in unity of heart, a testimony of the House of God. The LORD had reminded us through Haggai 1:4, Is it time for you yourselves to dwell in your paneled houses, and this temple to lie in ruins?

What was the motivation and purpose for building our church here in the first place? Social media often claims Silicon Valley to be the center of the universe, where our church is located can be seen as the center of center.
